Because of the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@statureproducts.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit, depending on your preference.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • The item is defective or damaged and we are unable to replace it
  • The item was never received (confirmed via tracking)
  • You were sent the wrong product

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Due to hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Trial-size items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale
